The client had been advised to stage the property before putting it on the market.
Some decorating and garden maintenance was needed and so the budget was tight. We managed to stage the whole property with some careful sourcing and the use of a couple of pieces of furniture that they had in storage.
The bungalow sold in 2 weeks, after having 3 offers over and above the asking price.

This room was once a bedroom and office but for many years has been used as storage for anything and everything (wanted and unwanted). So, after talking and listening to the client, we decided what the main purpose of the room would be going forward and set to work on decluttering.
'Debbie helped me to sort out my spare room that had become overrun with stuff and was just used as storage, the prospect of trying to sort this on my own felt overwhelming.
I felt inspired to decorate it once it was sorted and cleared. It feels good to be able to use the room again and have friends come and stay as well as using it as an office space. In the first session together, we decluttered for 4-5 hours, clearing the room and categorising the client’s belongings. I returned the following week to find the room decorated and some additional storage boxes added to the shelving unit which transformed the space. We reshaped the room to work as a guest bedroom and office in just a few hours. We were also able to display some of the client’s beautiful artwork and belongings that they had made and collected over the years.
